I hosted a breathwork event at Old Canyon Stables and it was such a dream! I felt immediately at peace here - held by the surrounding mountains and greeted by the sweet horses and animals. It’s truly a one of a kind experience. Trudy is so kind and supportive and I highly recommend having your next event (or attending one!) at Old Canyon.
